Shipping & Delivery Policy

we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom furniture tailored to your unique needs. Please review our shipping policy below for details on production timelines, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Production Time

Each piece of furniture is handmade to order. The production process takes 30–60 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation and final design approval. Delays may occur due to material availability or customizations—we will notify you promptly if any adjustments are needed.

2. Global Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Key regions include:

• North America & Europe: 30–45 business days after production

• Asia, Australia, & Middle East: 25–40 business days after production

• Other Regions: Estimated at 30–45 business days after production

Note: Remote areas may incur additional fees or longer transit times.

3. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order dimensions. For oversized items or special requests, we may contact you to confirm logistics.

4. Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Customs/duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery & Inspection

Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to jacky@gainsville.cn. We’ll assist with claims or replacements.

6. Returns & Changes

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless damaged or defective. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering.
